Forbes: Emilia Romagna has the best cuisine in the world

This past November, Forbes magazine posted the article “Italy’s Greatest Gastronomic Treasure, Emilia Romagna,” which celebrated the delicious cuisine of Emilia Romagna. Restaurant and wine critic David Rosengarten praises the gastronomy of the Emilia Romagna region and grants it as having the best food in the world. He recounts his visits to some of the restaurants at some of the region’s most popular cities: Europa 92 in Modena, Il Cappero alle Mura and Zoella Ristorante in Castelvetro di Modena, and Trattoria dai Muganai and Ponteresso in Monteveglio, Bologna.
